3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting projects
• Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Not abuse, harass, or interfere with other users
• Not submit false reports or manipulate safety scores
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Wallet and Blockchain Data

When you submit a wallet address for analysis:

• You confirm you have the right to submit the address for analysis
• You understand we analyze publicly available on-chain data
• Results are based on algorithmic analysis and may not be 100% accurate
• We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on our analysis

5. Project Verification

For projects seeking verification:

• Submission does not guarantee approval
• We reserve the right to reject any project at our discretion
• Verified status can be revoked if violations are discovered
• Projects must maintain accurate information
• Fees for verification services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. API Usage

If you use our API:

• You must comply with our API rate limits
• API keys are for your use only and must not be shared
• You may not resell API access without written permission
• We may suspend access for abuse or violations
• Attribution to VerifyDrop is required when displaying our data

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VerifyDrop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of safety scores or analysis
• We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from use of the Service
• We are not responsible for third-party content or links
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VerifyDrop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
